The best part about this gym is how efficient the workouts are. I am extremely pleased with the coaching and professionalism of the staff. Jordan knows his stuff and genuinely wants you to achieve results. Anyone who has limited time and wants an awesome group of people to workout with while achieving real results…this is your gym!

I believe everyone has their own fitness level and their own set of goals that they are trying to attain. At Fit Body they meet & work with you to set “Your” goals, mentor you along the way and encourage you to become better than you were yesterday at whatever level of fitness!The Coaches are very friendly, knowledgeable and motivated… and I truly enjoy the 30 minute workouts they put together! I’d Recommend the Fit Body Boot Camp to Anyone!!

I joined about 4 months ago unable to get on the floor or get up and now I can. My knees also have given me lots of problems and that is no longer an issue. I am over 60 and I love working out for the first time in my life. The coaches are great!

It’s been hard for me with my busy schedule to find time to work out. I love the flexibility and options that fit body camp offers. Their boot camp workouts are 30 minutes, their small group training is 45 minutes, and they really make sure to maximize that time. I appreciate the positive encouragement that the coaches offer. I’m glad to be a part of the fit body family!

My wife and I joined Fit Body Forever 55+ Small Group three months ago to increase our strength, coordination, balance, and stamina. We have received a significant increase in all the categories. Personal coaches have done an excellent job helping us achieve our goals in 45-minute workouts three days a week. We are very pleased to be a member of the family-oriented sessions and highly recommend the program.

I love being a part of the Fit Body Boot Camp family & cannot recommend their offerings highly enough! FBBC classes are challenging, but also adaptable. Doesn't matter if you're a fitness beginner or an experienced athlete, you'll get a great workout here.The truly exemplary coaches offer personalized advice, encouragement, and instruction -- and the other FBBC members make you feel like you're part of a team. Working out in this kind of group setting has helped me to push myself beyond what I thought I was capable of. I have become a person who looks forward to working out, something I did not expect two years ago when I joined.I like that there are lots of classes offered each day/week, but those sessions do have set times so that I make sure to commit and show up at the designed time instead of telling myself vaguely, "I'll go to the gym later," then skipping completely because the day got away from me.Being a part of the Fit Body Family is an incredible investment in your own health, endurance, strength, and flexibility. I'm so glad I found this special place with its outstanding coaches!

I cannot say enough GREAT things about this program! First of all the trainers are AMAZING. They are knowledgeable, challenging, fun and kind! They intentionally keep the groups small so that they can help each member. Form is so important for me as I have had neck and back issues and I feel as if they constantly monitor our form. If adaptations are needed, they suggest easy ones! Working out has become so fun! The music and the fun goes right along with the work! I have grown close to my classmates and our class is a genuine caring community. We cheer for and help each other to do our best each workout, led of course by our fabulous trainers, Katie and Tara❤️

Great training and workout! You won't find this level of personal instruction and care at one of the larger chain gyms in town. And Dr. Houser can help you with your diet and nutrition as well. Highly recommend you check them out! They have free classes available to see if it would be a good fit for you.
