I’ve worked out on my own at a gym for over 20 years. Getting a personal trainer was a Mother’s Day gift to myself 4 years ago. I’ve been training with Billy Anderson at Helioss Fitness and have not encountered a more friendly environment, as well as a professional and skilled team anywhere else. Helioss Fitness is awesome! My whole family trains here because we love the relaxed, friendly atmosphere of the gym and the professional training we receive. We are a very active family and Nick Singleton is excellent about tailoring a program to the activities we love to do. All the trainers are well versed in anatomy and physiology. They can help work through injury and physical limitations as needed. Our family is stronger because of our work with Nick and we really enjoy training at Helioss Fitness!
