My boys started at Palmisano's reluctantly. It did not take long for them to LOVE IT!! One of my children is not very athletic, but has taken to Taekwondo very well and is drawn to the mental challenge of forms and routines. My other child is finding that as he pushes himself harder, the results are greater. The Palmisanos have provided a great environment for both of my kids. My children have never had behavior issues and respect has been drilled into them since birth, but Palmisano's Martial Arts has made them better leaders and much more confident. I highly recommend PMA and I hope to be a customer there for years to come!

We have never really had discipline issues, however the structure and required mutual respect that is taught at Palmisano's Martial Arts Studio is evident with our child. Teachers at Logan's school comment on polite respect that they receive and we attribute that to the ATA training. Thanks for all you do.

Palmisano's ATA is a wonderful place. We have 3 children there, ages 6, 9, and 13 and they love the training. Mr. Palmisano is excellent with the kids and Mrs. Palmisano is excellent with keeping the parents in line (and instructing the kids:)). I highly recommend this place for anyone of any age. My family spent 3 years training at Palmisano's. Unfortunately, we had to move to another state or we would still be training there. Mr. and Mrs. P have been great mentors and friends to us and we miss our family there immensely.On a personal note, as a 36 year old man I lost over 20lbs training there, so it is legit!

Palmisano's Martial Arts is a place where my "wild child" isn't so wild. They hold their students to higher standards not only on the mat but off the mat as well. Mister and Misses Palmisano make a great team. The Palmisano's are two people these young kids can look up to. He focuses on the big picture while Mrs. Palmisano focuses on the details. I would highly recommend Palmisano's Martial Arts to anyone with children or for yourself. Palmisano's gives our children power to make the RIGHT choices from their own free will.

Our son has been attending Palmisono's ATA for almost 2 years, and we are so impressed with the high quality instruction. Each class offers an energetic warm up, skill development, self defense tactics and preparation, and progression towards goals. The instructors take a personal interest in each student and hold them to high standards while providing encouragement and respect. Activities vary enough to maintain students' interests, while guiding each class toward a weekly focus topic. We highly recommend the Palmisanos!

All 3 of my children love Palmisano's Martial Arts. The Palmisano's are great coaches and instructors. They strike a great balance with the kids between fun and firm. Instilling discipline and enforcing standards but in an environment where kids and adults alike want to come back to. They also have a lot of extra opportunities for weekend clinics and safety forums. Great location, Great business, Great people!
