Friendly staff, Caitlin is a great PF trainer! I am enjoying the enhancement room and hydro therapy bed. I am a walker, and I need guided stretches with Caitlin and the hydro therapy to help loosen muscles.

Cynthia is rude! She pretty much roles her eyes at you at talks at you like your beneith her. Louis is Chythia's guinea pig and will harass you. Would not recommend this gym to anyone for the fact the staff members are allowed to talk to you any way they want to. I am a guest at the gym and find this very unprofessional. As I was told by Cynthia I could take it up with the manager. Sadly this is my first run in with her. Have had a great experience here until today. Such a waste of a good atmosphere to have staff like them two!
