I started practicing yoga 3 years ago and my first class was with Kelli. I have learned so much from her over the years and grown in my practice. She has created an amazing space to find balance and peace. You will feel right at home. Quality instruction and a family environment.

The Bridge has been SUCH an amazing part of my life since they started their virtual classes. Kelli and Carla are wonderful and I cannot wait to start taking classes in person and met the new instructors. If you are looking for a yoga home, I highly recommend!

I am so glad I found this yoga studio! I tried it once and was immediately hooked! The instructors are all amazing, and they have classes for every level of practitioner. What I love most is that it’s such a welcoming environment so I always feel pushed, but I also feel safe and supported. I also love that there are individual meditation classes for days when you just need to connect to your breath. I love this studio so much.

Sunrise yoga is the best way to start your day. I have been attending Sunrise with Kelli for quite some time and I don't feel the same if I miss her Sunrise class. The class is perfect for someone who has never practiced yoga or for an advanced yogi. Start your day centered and grounded as the sun rises. You will be glad you did.

I love Carla’s Gentle Yoga classes. They are never the same but always challenging and fun. The hour goes by so fast and I always feel great when I’m done. The new Bridge Yoga Studio is awesome. Very relaxing and peaceful! I’m looking forward to trying more classes soon.

Took my daughter to kids yoga this morning and she had an amazing time. Kelli is the most positive person I have ever met. Everyone needs someone like her in their life. My daughter doesn’t really like people lol, and she loved Kelli the minute she met her. I can’t say enough about her and the welcoming feeling you receive when you walk into The Bridge Yoga studio. Kelli has shown me that yoga is so much more than I ever imagined. I am a better person because of it.

Bridge Yoga offers so much for the entire family! Great workout for personal health or improving flexibility and balance for athletes. My son has been doing yoga with Kelli for several months now to improve his flexibility and balance for football and has seen a Huge improvement!! We have tried several classes with both Kelli and Carla and have all been awesome!! They offer a wide variety of classes which would be a fit for anyone.

While I’m not new to yoga, I’m getting back into structured practice and I have LOVED every experience at The Bridge. Kelli and her team are amazing and I leave every class feeling better than I came into. There are classes for every level and so many times offered during the week! With many years of experience to offer, Carla and Kelli will welcome you and guide you to the right class. They have a variety of levels for the beginner and the most experienced. As an older woman in her late 50's, I never thought I would be as strong as I am today; and I owe that to the proper guidance and encouragement that I have received from great instructors like Carla and Kelli. The Bridge Yoga studio is peaceful, accepting, accessible, encouraging and I look forward to every class!

The Bridge is such an amazing, inclusive, welcoming studio. Kelli is one of a kind and has created a wonderful studio and an incredible team that I am so thankful for. From having never practiced yoga before, I now find myself attending class multiple times a week. The Bridge has such a variety of offerings there is truly something for everyone: there are a variety of instructors with various teaching styles, class times range from morning to night all with virtual options as well, there are classes for the beginner yogi and those who are more advanced in their practice, and lastly they offer a variety of packages with great options to try out different classes before committing. 10/10 would recommend!
