Been coming here a year so far and have nothing but good words for this place. Locally owned and the owners are great. More barbells and free weights than probably any other gym in town. 10/10 recommended for intermediate and advanced lifters looking to get in at a less busy non-commercial gym. They do offer programs for those needing a personal trainer but I've never personally used those services.

AlphaGainz has the most amazing staff anyone can ask for! Jay, Ken & Dante are always encouraging and helpful. They know what they are talking about and go up and beyond to ensure you a comfortable. I started with the 6 week challenge and loved my results so much I decided to do a membership. I started this gym in April 2023 weighing 179lbs and by Mid-August, I am now down to 159lbs. I never thought I was going to lose this much weight and build muscle especially after having a child! AlphaGainz will forever be in my heart. I highly recommend this gym to anyone that is serious about their fitness.
