The customer service is ABHORRENT. I have been calling and emailing for over a month. I speak to an employee and they say they will have the owner contact me. Again, I have been trying to reach out to someone who actually knows anything for over a month. I never get calls back, and no email responses either. Maybe this review will prompt someone to finally help me.

I am on vacation and wanted a quick pump. This gym was nice, clean and basically empty on a Monday morning which is surprising. However I didn't mind because it meant more privacy and more machines free. The equipment seemed new and clean so I appreciate a gym that's taken care of.

We really enjoyed how involved Management was towards us. Also the gym was so cleaned and organized we plan on visiting again while on vacation.

Great gym space in southern CO Springs! There’s no lines for weights or machines, and there’s all of the equipment you need! A friendly environment and staff! Highly recommend for anyone in the area. I used to go to VASA, but that place was always packed.

Tthe equipment is great. The staff is unresponsive to phone calls at all times during the day. Does not call back when voicemail are left. Canceling is an absolute nightmare, as they will not work with what seems like a lot of people as these people are going through huge life changes. Myself included. Very unresponsive, and seems to only care about the money and not customer care.

Love this location! Been trying to cancel my anytime fitness membership for literal years. Always told I have to go to the original location (which was in North Dakota) or write a letter. Sorry to take love from your particular sight. I do enjoy this particular anytime fitness locations energy and set up .

Derrick is the best personal trainer I have ever had. I had 3 other personal trainers and none of them are as good as Derrick. He gives me an incredible custom workout for my body type everytime we workout and I have gain so much muscle and my Wife loves it. Thank you so much I recommend him to everyone. Salute from an Army Soldier!

IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP!!! I have been trying to cancel my membership for over 3 weeks now with no response. I have emailed, called, left multiple voicemails on the gyms phone and on the owners personal phone, with No Response. Be careful!!!!

Cannot reach anyone to cancel membership except a sales rep who can't help me. Phone, email, messages. Still taking my money after cancel request in writing. Before this shady business would have given 5 stars.

The gym was clean and very well organized. The staff was friendly and courteous. The equipment was top notch not rusty or mismatched. All the padding was on the equipment was perfect not all torn up. Lots of barbells, dumbbells, CrossFit type work areas. I’ll Definitely be back.
