terrible experience just going in to see the gym and ask a few questions. Stacey is not welcoming and won't let you get a word in when talking to her. disappointed.

I’ve been coming here for just about a month & I have been loving it! I used to do kickboxing where I lived before Colorado Springs & enjoyed how fast paced the workouts were. Coming here, I have gotten to benefit from a variety of workouts + the great benefits from the infrared heat! I can tell my body recovers quicker & I’m not as sore after a work out due to the heat & foam rolling built into the workouts!Everyone here is also so nice & encouraging! The ladies that work the front are always smiling when you come in & genuinely seem excited to see that you’re here!

I love this gym! All of the ladies are always so sweet and helpful, especially the GM Caylea! The saunas are always clean and the workouts/instructors are great! It’s perfect to get a quick but challenging workout in and is conveniently open 24 hours. Earn the burn, baby!

My husband and I have been coming here since January! One…the staff is amazing. Two…the workout in little time makes our lives easier. Three…the staff keeps the place so clean. Four…JUST JOIN! You won’t regret it.

Hotworx is the best place in town for a quick, quality cardio session! The saunas add that little bit of extra that's missing in your daily workouts and has you leaving feeling accomplished and refreshed, giving the extra pump of determination to take on your day! The staff are all friendly and you can tell they love being there! The 24/7 access is a huge plus and the facility is always clean.As a local personal trainer, I recommend my clients utilize Hotworx in their workout programming because I've experienced the effects first-hand!

I liked the club when we started going. But then whenever we tried to book it was already booked. So I called to cancel, last time they said I couldn’t cancel over the phone. I figured I’d call again since I have no time to get down there and sure enough you can cancel over the phone. But when you sign up they fail to mention it’s $100 PER PERSON to cancel. There’s no reason you should be charged for cancelling a membership which they fail to tell you when you sign up. On top of that you earn points when you go, which we had over $70 of points to use but apparently they expire after 30 days which also was never told to us. I have never been so irritated with a gym before and will not be recommending them to anyone. This whole gym is a joke.

My wife and were skeptical at first (who would willingly work out in a sauna?) but after having been members since they've opened, we've loved working out at Hotworx. Having a gym close by has helped keep us consistent and the quick workouts ensure that we never hit the point of "I don't want to carve out hours of my day to go to the gym." The staff is super friendly and helpful and you don't have to purchase any equipment to give the gym a try (just ask the staff to rent a mat/towel if you're still on the fence!) We both love working out at Hotworx and highly recommend giving it a go!

I love the staff! The work out is fast and epic. The sauna has helped my fibromyalgia pain greatly decrease.
