The gym is big overall with lots of activities but the strength/weights portion is too small. Very clean facility though.

They have a wide variety of equipment however the gym is the planet fitness of fort Carson. Most people do a few reps then sit on their phone for 10 minutes while there is people waiting to use the equipment. If there was a no phone rule put in place people would actually get something out of their workout and there would be more open equipment.

Love this gym. Always impressed with the equipment they have available. The sauna runs a little cooler then I’d hope but always happy with the place.

Love the gym. But usually crowded. I just hate to wait for machines. And sometimes there's no even a windows to use them. I guess probably avoid from 6 pm to closing time. Also have classes (some complementary. Some need to pay $3) and indoor pool (free for soldiers. Dependants $3) basketball court, paddle, I like it
