The best trainer in the Springs, best trainer in Colorado and best trainer in the WORLD! Before I had Tyler I had a lot of misconceptions about working out and what it meant. Tyler is the most educated trainer I’ve ever had. I’ve had trainers that made me have a bad relationship with food and workout out. Your goal is simply Tyler’s goal to help you achieve it! He knows so much about the body and the muscles and how they work. Tyler is not only passionate about what he does, he truly does care about you. I never thought I’d be a power lifter and I discovered a huge passion I didn’t think I’d ever have. He’s an incredible coach who is so incredibly skilled. He knows exactly how to program your workouts for the best results that YOU WANT! Tyler is also extremely patient with all his clients and caters to each and every individual carefully and knowledgeably. It’s an under statement to say that Tyler’s training has changed my life and well being. Tyler has made me so much stronger than I ever thought I could be and I’m continuing that journey everyday.

Tyler is the biggest beast I've ever met. I had a shoulder injury that never healed properly and is always in pain during lifts. Tyler was able to tailor a workout plan to both strengthen and take the pressure off the shoulder. I have legitimately not felt this good since highschool.Tyler is exceptional at picking up on your limits and pushing you right to them. If you want a trainer who is knowledgeable, motivating, and is a straight up bad a$$ I cannot recommend Tyler enough!
