I've never felt more at home at a gym than at OTF Broadmoor. The people from the trainers, to the staff and the others that attend, are great! I have always had a hard time sticking to a gym and I've been coming for almost a year and have really enjoyed it and I don't mind getting up at 4 am to get there by the 5 am class. The coaches do a great job at encouraging you and I will honestly miss it when I have to move next month. Do yourself a favor and at least try it out! You will not regret it.

Went for my first class and had a great time. Challenging, fun, and rewarding. The heart rate tracking and other stats they monitor really make you push yourself. Staff and coach were friendly and very motivating!

Loving OTF! I’ve done traditional gyms but kept finding excuses to postpone going. Days turned into weeks, into months and then years. My fitness goals went onto the back burner. This time around I knew I needed something with more structure. Instructor led classes and the accountability really work for me and I love the HIIT format. Workouts constantly change, are full of energy and really get the blood pumping!
