To the person that said it's a waste of time and money obviously hasn't been there and watched the way the teachers and owner and coaches interact with the students to make them successful my daughter has went there for three years now and she is seven years old and already at a level III. And maybe it's just fact that your child is in cut out for that type of extra curricular activity. You have to put something into it to get something out of it.

We have had our son in the mommy and me program here for a little over a year, and he is moving up to the next level within weeks. I love the way the owner, who teaches our son's class, interacts with the kids. He is able to control the wild little ones and re-direct their energy in a positive way, and always encourages good behavior. My son even comes home sometimes and pretends to be Coach Chris. The mommy and me program is structured to help the kids move up to the next level without parental supervision, which means kids are expected to sit in a designated area and wait their turn. They are not allowed to go running off and playing on equipment that is not being used for the lesson. They are expected to do, to the best of their ability, the exercises laid out in the order laid out. They are allowed to be little children, and the expectations placed on them are not outside of the realm of reasonable. Obviously, parents are there to help redirect when the instructor is busy with another student, too.I can't speak to the other classes, since our kids are so young, but from observing the occasional class with the older kids, the classes appear to be well organized, especially with more than one group of students in the room at a time.

My daughter has been in the program at Peak for about a year now. We changed our class day/time, so she's had two different instructors. They were both very hands on in their instruction and often demonstrated techniques for the kids. Everyone there has always been very friendly and helpful. She has never said she didn't want to go...which is more than I can say for some of the other activities that we've tried in the past. This has kept her interest and they are always challenging her with new things. I think the pricing is competitive and we plan to continue going as she advances levels.
