I had never taken a dance class and am in poor shape. The instructor, Carol, was encouraging and willing to review and gave me tips to overcome my challenges. Time flew by. I can't wait to go back.

First impression WAS going to be that the girls here are very kind….Went inside for a class I already signed up and paid for, was ignored by everyone including the staff for about 7 minutes before I left. It’s hard enough to be a new student without being treated like you don’t belong. Seeing as I can’t find many pole studios in the springs, I don’t know if I’ll be back.

This place helped me find a new hobby that I absolutely love!! Everyone is fantastic! The classes are also long enough to get get a good warm up and cool down in as well as free time and still get a full hour to learn new skills or build on what you know. There’s always something for everyone at any level no matter the class you’re in. They really make sure you are able to take away something new in each class. It’s a very encouraging and supportive environment! Would 10/10 recommend for anyone to try!

Just finished my first class and I had a blast! I thought it would be too hard for me, but the instructor was super cool and helpful, the other people in class were super fun and I had the best time! I felt string and sexy and I'll definitely be back!

We had a bachelorette class here a few weeks ago and it’s still on my mind from how fun the class went! The instructor really taught us some fun moves and took pictures so we could remember the fun night. I would definitely go here again!
