Super Dope staff and convenient hours for the classes for civilians and people in the military on ft carson nearby. Very attentive kids program, and I've witnessed massive improvements for beginners in no time. Im a brown belt here, and it's nice getting the opportunity to train with some of the best guys and gals in the area! 🤘 …

I had previously done BJJ at other places and this place is by far the best and most friendly. But don’t get me wrong there are some tough SOBs that really strive for growth and improving their BJJ. I feel like I’ve seen a lot of improvement in my jiujitsu since joining here. My conditioning is better, my technique is getting less sloppy, the professor is very aware when we roll and will go out of his way to correct mistakes when he sees them and in a sport where the smallest detail can make a world of a difference that is essential. Love this place and the people there.

I started bjj at the HQ after my daughter was born. We are small folks, and I felt the need to have some sort of skills to protect the family. After 8 months I’ve found that confidence. What keeps me going back is the extras that bjj gives. At 35 I’ve never had more endurance and as much flexibility. The HQ is an incredibly clean environment. Rainy, Professor Eddy and team are patient, experts and just good people. I bring my 3 year old to practice. I’m pumped for him to get started. I’ve tried other gyms. The HQ is the place you wanna be.

World class instruction each and every time! Grass roots Brazilian Jiujitsu with instructors from a lineage of integrity. Lots of nice clean mat space. The gym is clean, organized, and the people who work there are very kind and courteous. Professor Eddie and the coaches are all highly skilled and knowledgeable when it comes to Jiujitsu. Highly recommend training here. I enjoy it.

I have been training for a while here and got my blue belt a month ago. I’m not wanting to stop this journey because the HQ gives an atmosphere I have not seen at any other BJJ gym. I don’t feel intimidated here, I feel welcomed and Professor Eddy really emphasizes the importance of keeping a family atmosphere here. Come to train, get a good workout, and have fun!

I have been training at The HQ for the past 7 months and it has been an incredible experience. The gym fosters a tight-knit community that genuinely embraces newcomers. Rainy, the owner of The HQ, fosters a sense of inclusivity and warmth, creating a friendly environment for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu enthusiasts. Professor Eddy is not only highly skilled but also approachable and supportive. His expertise is evident in his patient guidance, making every session valuable for growth. Cody, a standout coach, possesses strong leadership skills, guiding students with confidence and expertise. The facility itself is well-equipped, providing ample space and clean mats. The HQ is a place where both beginners and advanced practitioners can thrive. The atmosphere encourages learning and fosters camaraderie among members, making it easy to connect with training partners. If you're seeking an exceptional Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy, I highly recommend the HQ.

I’ve been at the HQ for over a year after stumbling through a few other gyms. The combination of extremely technical training with overall welcoming/respect is unparalleled. Professor Jacob (RIP) was amazing, and now the gym is led by a 3rd degree Brazilian black belt- whose BJJ IQ is unmatched. Come train here- you will not regret it.
