Love this gym! I have had a bad experience at another gym close by so that made me nervous to try out a different one. Tyler made the getting started process super easy and the environment is not crazy at all. As a person who is new to gym life, I actually look forward to going to the gym since it's not too cramped in there.

Not much variety of machines but they still manage to cram them so lose together that there's barely room for one person to go from one to another, let alone two, if someone else is there

Nice and clean facility. Staff is very nice and helpful. Rates for membership is reasonable for use of any facility around the country. This location is smaller but there are three around Columbia.

Great place to workout. Friendly staff. Individual showers/bathrooms. Nice variety of equipment.
