Super clean and friendly staffIt does get crowded, go early

Nice facility. However when I tried to cancel my membership due to moving the person on the phone said there was no way I could cancel online without coming in store or through certified mail. This was a complete lie and the employee gave me the run around when you CAN actually cancel through your online portal. Please stop lying just to get people to continue paying for something they don’t even have access to.. he could’ve easily just said online instead of wasting my time. Horrible

I like this place. I wish they had a basketball court, but just working out is cool, especially on not so crowded days

Love this gym. Friendly staff and everything is always clean and on point. I have no complaints

The male workers in the reception area gossip/flirt with female gym goers (this occurs at any time of day). They also actively seek out girls to talk to in the middle of their work out/ while they are cleaning the machines. The gym is not as cool as it should be in the middle of heat waves and their cleaning solution for the equipment will leave ur skin itchy and it stinks. Also, the younger gym receptionists (one male and one female) mock you if you listen closely enough to when you’re leaving/ arriving.

Nice Gym , Clean Inside & Empty Early Mornings , Sadly My Car Was Broken Into And No One Seen Anything , The Person Took My Wallet . They Need To Up There Security Up In Order For People To Have Peace Of Mind While Working Out . Cancelled My Membership Already . Only Had 2 Days Attending This Gym .

The gym is pretty cool.... The staff are cool for the most part and they do their part to keep it clean, but you always your typical dirty people that doesn't wipe down the equipment after they use and or leave their trash around.The other issue I have is why do people workout with the free weights in-between the weight machines 🤷🏻‍♂️, I don't understand that.... I mean you're getting in the way of the person using the weight machine.

the Staff 8pm Shift 08/31/23 very Rude giving me attitude when i was trying to sign Up for a membership ! Very Poor attitude! Ya shud hire people with good attitudes an more helpful With others ! all staff ther Terrible!

I've been going here for 5 month and gym is a clean very well maintained. The employee are very welcoming. I actually do like this gym but leaving a one star review for not having security cameras in the parking lot. My car got broken into shattering both windows and having my gym bag and laptop stolen from me. I was told by one of the workersthat the parking has no security camera due to being a "public" parking. Making me think their higher ups don't care about their customers cars.It's not the first time someone car get broken into. It happen multiple times to other gym goers. Everyother day I see shatter glass in the parking lot. It's to a point that the criminal that doing this KNOWS thatplanet fitness does not have cameras. They know that they can come to this parking lot and vandalizepeoples cars and steal from them scotch free. Just be careful where you chose to park your car.You might be the next hit.
