Surprisingly this gym is super cheap, probably because there are no classes like Zumba or cycle.The staffs are really nice and they keep this place really clean.Showers are much cleaner here compared to the one in Ontario.It gets pretty crowded after 4 till 8

Love this place! I've been going here a lil while. Staff is exceptional i mean amazing. Very friendly and helpful. They work very hard on keeping the gym clean. Machines are always working. And they try to keep everyone safe to not injure them selves. No high expectations of having a perfect body. You just come in work out and go feeling great.

I love that it's close by, but so far I've only met one person there who was nice. Majority of the staff that I've interacted with wasn't nice and not good customer service

I like the gym cuz it's close to my house so I can come here anytime I want I'm very happy that you guys open this gym

It was closed when I went by though the website said it was open. The sales office was open. Planet Fitness is usually great. This one is in a crowded parking lot.

Love the layout! Better than the one in Ontario where everything faces one way and you feel like you are stuck in a fishbowl the further you go in the gym.

This location charges your card whatever they want as they please I was charged multiple times for the same yearly membership fees and When I called to resolve this and asked them to refund me they told me that I would have to qualify For a refund and when I asked What the qualification was the lady that helped me told me it was her that Decided if I qualified or not I ask for the regional manager I may give me a number to Google Voice This is the most unprofessional service I have ever dealt with I do not recommend anybody given their card information to this Company . How imature I couldn't even get the phone number to a manager

I called this location to get information and no one answered. I called 2 more times and finally someone got on the phone. I asked for membership information and the representive explained the 2 options. I wanted to try out the gym because it's new to my area. I've heard negative things about planet fitness, so I wanted to try it for myself. They have no guest passes or trials. They only have a day fee of $20! I went down to workout and pay the ridiculously high day fee anyway and when I arrived there was no parking!

I went in to this place to try it out and they don't have any guest pass so I decided to get the 10 dollar membership. I then found out the only way to pay is with a bank account and routing number. I was able to pull the account information on my phone and then the guy said he needs to see my bank statement with my name on it. The guy was extremely rude and seemed like he didn't want me as a customer. Will not go back and won't let any family member go back to this place.
