British Swim School at 24 Hour Fitness – Daly City

Our kids really love the structure, and the idea of moving to the next level swim group is a great motivator.

We love this place for our kids since it is so fluid where are kids can move to the next level when they are ready vs other places where you have to wait until the next session period to move.

I’ve been very happy with the experience so far with British swim school. I have three kids at various abilities and they are all progressing really nicely. I definitely recommend!

Our daughters have greatly improved since joining less than 6 months ago. The coaches and staff are super friendly and my children love swimming!

Lots of individual attention. Focus on safety and learning new strokes. Worked with numerous instructors — quality is consistent. Their absence and make-up policy is also easy to navigate/user friendly.

Sending great appreciation to teachers Jeremy and Ferris of Daly City for their patience and awesome rapport with the kids! They are very encouraging while making sure techniques are met. Maria on deck is a wonderful source of information about the program, options and schedules- so helpful!

My 10 year old child really enjoys the small class. The instructors are patient and competent in individualized approach to teaching. Keep up the good work.

All the instructors we've had have been great and provided the gentle encouragement my boys needed to feel comfortable in the water. The only downside I have is the limited amount of time for actual in water practice when the class is full with 4 kids in the allotted 30 min time period

is disgusting with black mold on the walls. So I've been trying to schedule makeups in other locations. I have 2 kids taking classes at different levels and scheduling a makeup at another location at the same time is extremely challenging. This location seems cleaner but I made a request to have a female instructor for my 4 year old who wouldn't participate during another lesson because the instructor was male and unfortunately the company wouldn't accommodate. I'm going back to La Petit Baleen or Anderson Swim School. Lesson learned.

My son has been taking lessons here for about a year and he is finally learning to swim. He took lessons at other places for about 4 years and made very little progress. Now he is learning all of the strokes and is working on flip turns. The classes are small and the kids all spend lots of time actually swimming. We live it here!
