Impossible to get into classes that are after work, 5p or later. No effort to rectify the situation. Told me to keep checking the wait list every 5 minutes in hopes of maybe getting onto the waitlist. Please take this as a warning and don't sign up for this location orange theory.

I have been to several orange theory locations and I am very disappointed with this one. The instructors (besides Brandon) have seemed unorganized and not motivating. The layout of the studio is also very small and awkward. I am usually a huge fan of OTF but this studio is not making the cut in terms of quality!

Great teachers, inspiring atmosphere, and convenient location. Taking classes here has become a part of my daily routine, I love it that much and the results I'm already seeing after just 2 months.

This place is an operational mess and/or a scam.I joined as a founding member before they opened. Big mistake. It's impossible to get into classes at times after work, and I've only been a couple times since the first pre-opening class. The OTF website is disaster with poor user experience. When you sign on to the website to book classes, it looks like they are all available. But you that you don't find out a class is full until you actually click "Book A Class". The iPhone app is better though, but you still have to call locations directly to get on a waitlist at any location other than your primary.I called the Colma location to complain and they didn't offer any help except to freeze my membership until they make it through their growing pains - and I still have to pay $15/mo for the freeze AND the $169 first month. The whole thing feels a bit scammy just to lock you in. I'm not new to this model; I also have a monthly unlimited membership at CorePower and it's the complete opposite of this mess.Update: This just keeps getting worse. I cancelled my membership on 6/11, and followed their exact procedure to do so (30+ day notice, fill out form in-person). I called to confirm that I would NOT be billed again, after filling out the paperwork, and the Colma rep confirmed... yet another monthly charge just showed up on my credit card on 7/21!I've also worked out at the San Jose (Rose Garden) location and it was a WAY better experience. The employees seem to know what is actually going on, the facility is much more spacious, and they even offer all sorts of cool activities outside of the studio. Too bad I live next to the awful Colma location.

Love OTF concept, and enjoy the coaches at this location. Management lacks professionalism and customer service. Been very disappointed with that aspect. I keep going because I love the workouts and it’s the closest one to me.

This studio is absolute garbage. I've been to many studios and this is by far the worst. They refuse to let you rent a heart rate monitor and their solution is: do the workout without it. They insist that this is how Orange Theory operates, and as a regular customer of many studios, I can say they are very wrong. I can second the other reviews mentioning the management's lack of professionalism and customer service. Unhelpful, AVOID!

As everyone else has said, getting into classes is extremely frustrating and my unlimited membership has been a waste. I will have to pay for it for another month as they make you wait 30 days from date of cancel. Other than Brandon, the coaches are mostly meh. I have had a better experience at other locations.

I canceled my classpass membership to join orange theory after trying a class. I really love the different blocks they offer in the 60 minute period. A nice and challenging treadmill block of different speeds and inclines. The water rowers are my favorite, call me crazy but I can’t explain it. The weight lifting and toning area is a nice change of pace from the cardio in class yet still challenging and keep your HR up. I’ve been to a few different instructors classes (Ella, Lexus and Fonz) all of which I liked. They have different styles and they all work well with me and what I need. Honestly, OTF is one of the best memberships I’ve been a part of (out of Crossfit, Standard Gym, ClassPass) and I work from home so my schedule is pretty flexible for the most part. If I’m on a waitlist, I’m usually booked in the class within 12hours. I haven’t experienced challenges getting in a class I want but I’m not super particular.

New Location: working out kinks...Fyi, the booking system is not quite up and working yet. I've had some issues with the music (choice of and not loud enough, and for me, it's super important), and the Trainer talking too much and loudly (for me, the music is what gets me to push myself while on the treadmill and rower). Brandon is a great coach and seems to know what he is doing- I recommend him.
