I've been a member for about 5 months and it's definitely been worth it. The facility is clean, front desk is nice, and this location has good groups of people to workout with. Cancelled my membership for now since it became a little repetitive with rowing and treadmill. You'll have fun and lose weight but it was time for me to move on. Highly recommend giving it a try to see if it's for you.

Don’t dare forget a towel because they will still charge you $15 to cancel a class. They expect you to drive home and come back to another class later in the day. On top of that, they don’t even offer larger towels for purchase or use

The facility is nice and clean, the coaches and staff are very nice, helpful and personable. The classes can be intense, especially for someone like me who hasn't worked out in a long time and has some catching up to do. But the classes are set up for people at all stages and nobody makes you feel bad about being at a different level, which I really like. They've got different types of classes to if you like weights more than cardio. I'd recommend trying them out.

Staff are so friendly and helpful! I am now working out regularly which I haven’t done in years. Work ours are never the same and after class I am always dripping in sweat. :)

Loved the workout, but as a visiting member there were a few things that were not as I've come to expect from OrangeTheory. The equipment was older, but still in good shape. The wipes were out during one of the transitions, so by the time I finally got a wipe to clean my station, I had to run to the next to not be left behind. Also my heart rate monitor never showed on on any screen in studio, which was a big bummer, especially because the situation with the wipes gave me no time during the transitions to speak to the SAs about it. Next time I'm in town I will consider driving to another studio for a more seamless experience.

After 2 years, I've finally found my workout groove again at Orange Theory in South SF! The classes are challenging but the environment, coaches, stats, and music are extremely motivating. Great mix of cardio & strength training, and everyday is a new workout to keep it spicy. Just a few weeks in and I am seeing results. More importantly, feeling better/stronger mentally and look forward to every workout. If you’ve been on the fence about taking your first class, RUN don’t walk ;) now is the time at this awesome studio!
