5 stars because this gym is awesome! I’ve always loved this place for it’s old-school vibe. You go in and there is 80’s and 90’s rock and metal playing, iron clanking, and just a no-nonsense, get-to-work vibe. The owner is an awesome person, there is a solid sense of community, the location is great and day passes are only $10! This is one of the only gyms in my area with powerlifting equipment -deadlift bars, squat bars, ssb, axle bars- which is a must if you train like a powerlifter! They also have plenty of cardio equipment, an MMA floor and an outdoor area! Check it out if you are on the coastside because it’s a dope place to train hard, take an MMA class or just get some cardio in!

Truly a gem and has everything someone serious about strength training could need. Decent size with quality equipment for all fitness goals. I am very excited to call this my home gym now!

Didn’t think too much of it from the outside. As a local gym well off the beaten path in a small town it’s easy to miss. Inside, it was a different story. Well maintened equipment despite its age, kind locals, and a staff that was more than happy to strike up a conversation. If you’re in town and need something to do, $5 gets you in the door making it a cheaper option than most other gyms in the area.

Nice homey gym. If you’re thinking of a local neighborhood gym this is exactly what you’d expect. Perfect place to get a workout in without the crowd. Came in after work at 6pm on a Friday, and it was pretty quiet. Also, my fav machine is this fat jiggling thing right by the door when you enter/exit.

PAC has to be one of the most versatile gyms in the area. This place is home to Powerlifting, Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, MMA, Olympic style weightlifting, Bodybuilding, Pilates, yoga…the list goes on.I’ve been able to try new things, break personal records, get stronger, faster, recover from injuries, learn from and train with others all in this one facility. They even have a massage therapist.I have never had to alter my workouts because a piece of equipment wasn’t there. The free weights go over 150 lbs with multiple sets. Different types of barbells From Rogue Fitness, Texas Powerlifting Bars, ivanko and specialty bars.Barbell plates fill up multiple weight trees throughout the gym, bumper plates organized near the platform and squat racks.Staff and members are what makes this gym so great. Everyone really gets along, truly a judgement free zone and people genuinely want to see you succeed. If you ever need assistance with a machine or tips on working out people are always happy and willing to share their knowledge.Bottom line, whatever your fitness goals are, PAC has everything you need to facilitate it. You just have to show up and put in the work
