I joined Strength Camp in February of this year to get stronger. I found this hidden gem looking for a different kind of training than the normal commercial gyms, and I absolutely love it! The welcoming community coupled with the motivational coaches really gives you that extra push to get through a difficult workout. On top of that, their well-rounded workout program is structured to increase your overall functionality and helped me with my stiff shoulders and overall rigidness. What’s even crazier is that their 1-hour classes feel like what I do for 2 hours at 24! I was pleasantly surprised to see changes after 2 weeks into the program. After completing a month, I started to feel limber, stronger, and overall better. At first coming in I was a little nervous of joining in a group session workout, but with the friendly and motivational staff and gym-goers, I felt comfortable enough to hop in and join the group!I highly recommend checking out this gym for anyone looking for a welcoming and supportive environment. It is for people of all different fitness levels, whether you just started or you’ve been doing it for 10+ years.10/10

Strength Camp provides great training for beginners and experienced strength athletes. Strength training can be kind of overwhelming at first, but Coach Eric and his team are perfectly suited to work with athletes of all backgrounds and skillsets. You instantly feel super comfortable with everyone and the coaches and members are very supportive and non-judgmental. I have been training with Coach Eric for almost two years now and I have never felt stronger or more confident in my abilities as a strength athlete. The facility itself is very clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The equipment is brand new and top quality so you're training with the best stuff. There's also lots of parking and transportation options nearby so check it out!

I absolutely love this gym and the atmosphere it provides. Coach Eric & Kobe are wonderful at what they do. Being able to get direct feedback on my lifts was something I always wanted. They are both very knowledgeable and have plenty of variations of workout for individuals of all skill levels. While the coaches are great, I also have to give a shout-out to my fellow members. For those who may be self conscious about going to the gym rest easy. I've found that most members tend to be very encouraging and their hard work often pushes everyone to work hard together. The ability to sign up for classes and the Covid precautions are both very well implemented. For anyone who's debating on joining, I would highly recommend at least trying a class. Chances are you'll be hooked and want to come back for more.Eric & Kobe are awesome at what they do and the plans they create are very conducive of building muscle & maintaining good body structure!Highly recommend to anybody who wants to take the next step when it comes to their fitness.

I've tried so many gyms at this point that it isn't funny, but I finally feel at home at Strength Camp.I've always been self-conscious doing strength training as a woman, but even on my first day I felt welcome (and not judged!). Strength Camp has the focus on form and the supportive environment that makes me want to get stronger and lift heavier. Everyone works hard, and no one I've met has any toxic competitiveness. The coaches are attentive to correcting your form when necessary and push you just enough to give you a little boost of confidence when you aren't sure if you should add another plate.I love the PR testing! It's really motivating when I can keep track of how I'm improving.

Regardless if you're a beginner or an experienced weight lifter, Strength Camp is the place to train for all your major lifts. The environment is perfect for getting stronger and improving all aspects of your fitness. The coaches Eric, Kobe, and Andy are as dedicated as I've seen anyone be to managing a successful gym. It's even more impressive how much knowledge they collectively have given their age.The camaraderie at the gym is also a huge plus. Everyone is on your team and everyone wants you to succeed and do better on your lifts and push yourself further each time.I've become a recent regular and their pricing for the value that you get to come is unbeatable. The format is perfect too, 20 minutes of warm-up, 20 minutes of strength training, and 20 minutes of conditioning. Very efficient and safe to come 5 days a week.Highly recommend this gym if you're sick of the conventional stuff and want to up your fitness game.
