This cyclebar was fantastic! I’ve ridden all over the country and this was one of the best rides, energy and atmosphere wise❤️ Courtney was phenomenal, and I will definitely be making my friends come to her rides!

This was my first time going to an actual studio dedicated to cycling! Previously only took spin classes at my general gym. Location is convenient. Staff members are all friendly and helpful. They provide shoes and lockers which are great! Instructor was energetic and fun. Like that they offer different styles of classes. The only thing that I did not love was the volume of the music in class- it was too loud for me. This is up to personal preference. But for those that may be more sound sensitive, having ear buds on hand in case would be a good idea.

!!! WARNING: DO NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO TO THIS COMPANY- THEY KEEP YOUR INFORMATION AND CONTINUE TO CHARGE AFTER CANCELING !!I booked a package in March, it wasn’t for me so I canceled. The next month I noticed they were trying to charge a “reoccurring” fee for the package. I called and reminded them that I had canceled, they advised no more attempts to charge my card would be made. Last week I saw FOUR back to back monthly charges, along with FOUR “late fees,” for the months of April - July, totaling nearly $400.00, and all charged on my card over the course of four days! I called and demanded a refund, and a woman told me I would get my money back ASAP. NO REFUND yet one week later, and now they aren’t answering my calls! I travel out of state frequently so it’s hard to go in and address this in person, so I may be stuck with $400.00 in charges for credits a I did not purchase! Side note, the cycling credits do not roll over month to month, but they will still charge you for several months prior even if you never touched foot in the building!

I had the opportunity to visit the CycleBar Davie location while in Miami. It was my cousins first ride. The location had plenty of parking in the lot. There are electric car chargers located near the entrance and a traderjoes a couple stores down. Upon arrival there were a couple staff members in the front. We checked in easily and proceeded to the back to the lockers. The shoes were marking with American shoes sizes and had half sizes available. Our names were written on the lockers as a welcome to the studio. The studio inside is a great large space and the bikes are spaced out. The audio was loud and you could still hear the instructor. We needed support setting up the bike and staff were super helpful and patient. The bikes appear to be outdated when compared to the manhattan locations and a little stiffer. There were no towels made available on the bike, I did not see them until after class. The class was being led by Gabby. She had a great mix of music and really made us work. I enjoyed her class and energy. We finished the class with a cool down and a group breath. Leaving the room there was a line for the bathroom. There were only two stalls. There was one room with a shower. Not sure what products were the shampoo and body wash they were in an unlabeled device. We did have to wait for a while to use the bathroom. My cousin enjoyed the class and the motivation and affirmation provided during the ride by the instructor. She plans on returning.

I am a person who does not like to exercise, however spinning always caught my attention. Due to health issues, I was forced to change my eating habits and start exercising. I googled the closest option to my house and saw that Cyclebar offered the first class at no cost. I loved it and the same day I decided to take the unlimited plan. The instructors are so incredible, they have so much energy that it is contagious, stimulates and it makes you feel you don't want to stop. It's been a month since I started, I've lost 12 pounds and I have no problem starting my day with my spinning class at 6 am. Totally worth it!!!

I do not recommend this place they are liars with the contract after you accept they charge you extra for everything, example if you cancel a class for some reason they charge you, and if you want to cancel they do not let you they charge you another fine plus the next month things they do not explain to you, and Camila who I spoke to is not helpful I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Is a scam.

I went to the first ride free and I really liked it but now I’m so disappointed and annoyed at this place, I started getting text messages about the memberships until I got one about a $49 month promotion which got me excited , the person I talked to assure I could cancel the membership at any time and I wasn’t gonna be charged for the next month, so I call the place about some refund’s issues because they charged me $30 dollars for a policy they NEVER explain to me and I even have the text messages which prove what I’m saying , then noticing I’m not getting my money back I ask them to cancel my membership and they have the audacity to say I’m gonna be charged $159 because the policy is for two months? Information I wasn’t given and all they said over the phone was for me to send an email to corporate ? Like oh wow , thank you so much for taking my money and make me write an email.

CYCLEBAR makes new customers feel like they got their money stolen from them.This place basically steals from you by not making their terms clear when purchasing their memberships until its too late. The customer service is not good and they don't give refunds unless its at their discretion.You're better off buying a decent bicycle or finding a better place to do business with because if you got a deal for the first month of their memberships and just want to try the service they will charge you full price for the next month and not make it clear and then say its a two month commitment because you need to submit a cancellation form that needs to be 30 days in advanced.They make it difficult to cancel by making you go in person to cancel and by having terrible customer service as you can see by these multiple 1 star reviews that are drowned out by AI bot 5 star reviewers. Also to mention that they charge you a cancellation fee on top of not keeping things clear for their customers and forcing them to go digging to see if they're getting scammed or not.

Best studio ever! Lost 10 pounds in a month doing 3 classes a week! Instructors are the best! Love all of them all different styles and music. Amazing customer service! And helped me book classes, set up my bike. Just amazing!

Love love love this location. Best workout, instructors have amazing personalities and play the best music that helps keep you going. The workout is hard which I love. It really helps me push myself to get better. I love all the special events and different classes. The customer service is on point and I have never had an issue with anyone or anything there.I did have a monthly membership, which they did tell me there’s a timeframe that you must keep it for before being able to cancel which I understood and kept it for 3 months until I realized that class packages are better for me. I’m moving to Jacksonville soon and I will miss this place but I will keep buying classes to have when I come down to visit family. Keep up the great job guys!
