For my first ever gym, Hyve just hit on the nail. Love that it is a circuit-styled conditioning gym, because it adapts to everyone from the experts to the beginners like me, you can go at the pace of your preferences and will still leave all sweaty with a complete workout. The community is just great and makes you want to go to the gym and workout. But the best part of the gym, is how personalized the workout is, every class is different, every class has a different circuit and the coaches, Willie and Kris, are always there to guide you through it all and how to give your max potential. 🐝
