I’ve been training no gi (submission grappling) with the head coach at American Combat Gym, retired UFC fighter and third degree Bjj black belt Charles McCarthy for 18 months, and Coach Talita Alencar, a 5 time world Brazilian jiu Jitsu champion since last July. My game (I already had a Bjj black belt before I began training here) has gone up several levels...and I’m in the best shape of my life.

One of the best mma gyms I’ve ever trained in! The team here is so powerful. All the coaches are very diverse and experience. They provide kickboxing, bjj, wrestling and other mix martial arts classes.If you’re looking to step up your fighting skills this is the place to go to!!
