BARWIS Performance Center

I came to the golden citadel that is Barwis after breaking my arm in two and shattering my wrist after a grappling injury. Broken and lost I came to Barwis seeking aid and assistance in any way possible. Thats when I saw him. Austen Hopsen. He strode in immersed in cool, calm and confident energy. He stood 6'4, his Barwis T-shirt barley containing his muscles that were chiseled by the gods themselves, his jawline was only covered by a goatee that shook me to my core. I knew instantly that I was in the right hands, not only cause they were mad strong like his pecs but also cause they were properly moisturized so I knew he wasn't just a brute but in fact an intellectual that easily reads 2-3 books a week. So don't be fooled, even though all Barwis PT's look like Olympic Athletes they all have their Doctorates and will completely discipline you in wordle should the need arise. All jokes aside Barwis took my completely mangled arm and turned me into the powerhouse stud that I am today. My doctor gave me 2 months to hold 2 pounds and Barwis helped me completely crush that goal. Within one month of my catastrophic injury Barwis helped me gain full mobility and my success has been shared beyond just myself. My father in-law as well as my sister have both received the world class care that Barwis offers and they both have reaped the rewards, with my sister making a full recovery post multiple shoulder surgeries and my father in-law gaining a six pack after rocking a keg for much of his life. Every PT in the room is rock solid. The facility is world class and the energy in the room is contagious. Really the only question you should have after reading this review is "when can I start".

I cannot believe that I haven't posted a review about Barwis yet. This facility and its staff are heaven on earth. My entire family has trained here. More importantly, the professionals here worked tirelessly and personally to rehab my daughter after her ACL reconstruction. A college athlete, she returned to school stronger than ever. If you visit this place on a busy day, and you are not internally moved by the many walks of life that regularly train here (from those with spinal or neuro deficits, to aspiring high school athletes, to the pros that we watch on tv), you need to check your heart. Everyone is pulling for everyone here. It is a positive environment that I have not seen recreated anywhere else.

My experience at Barwis with the physical therapy department was phenomenal. Joe Fiorelli was my PT and not only was he extremely knowledgeable, but patient and compassionate as well. I left there feeling like I never had knee surgery. I would look nowhere else for physical therapy if I needed it again.
