I have been a member at HSN for over 6 years and every year I always find something new to be grateful for. The main reasons I love HSN are the coaches and community. We work out with a range of members of all ages - from 18 to 60+ years. We're all one big family. We make each other accountable and motivate one another inside and outside of the gym.My nutrition journey has also been an important part of my life. Here, we don't look to count calories but understand what we need to fuel our body with and why. EDUCATION is the keyword here.I always advocate for HSN. When I get asked if I coach or am a nutritionist, I simply say "no". I just have great mentors and a village backing me up. Definitely the community and guidance for someone who is looking to make real and sustainable changes in their health journey.
