I enjoyed practicing with Deerfield Beach Yoga! Amber is fantastic. And they provide everything for you - mat, props, and water. And since it’s on the balcony, you get an incredible view of the ocean and of course watch the sunrise 😁. Relaxing and great way to start your day. It’s so nice to have a yoga community like this in Deerfield Beach

I’m fairly new to Yoga and I avoided it for sooooo long because without guidance I had no idea what I was doing.Not only did I feel welcome and at peace the entire time but I was actually DOING IT and that is all thanks to my beautiful instructor Amber.She explains everything so well, and somehow knows exactly what I need each practice.Now I’m there EVERY time I have free time because it has really improved my mood.Plus there nothing like watching the sun rise on the beach.I will not practice anywhere else

Best way to start your morning or end your day! This place has the perfect spot to watch the sunrise while doing yoga! Definitely worth the time and effort! The staff are amazing and you will end up with a big smile and relax after class
