F45 Training The Cove

This studio has been life changing! I have worked out in multiple F45 studios and this one has been by far the best. A little over a year in and this is still my ride or die workout place. Share your fitness goals with the coaches and they will get you there. Need modifications? No problem. These certified coaches with passion and personality will get you where you want to be. I have conquered box jumps and working on conquering more. If you are looking for a community to feel welcome, this is the place to be no matter your fitness level. Shout out to all the coaches and members that make F45 The Cove incredible!

WE LOVE THIS PLACE!! We were able to workout as a family and we could not have chosen a better studio. The staff was always happy, helpful with our son and pushed us when they knew we were capable of more. We left drenched in sweat and happy every time and would recommend this studio to EVERYONE! :)

I LOVE F45 The Cove! The coaches are so much fun and really take the time to get to know the clients and make you feel like you have a one on one personal trainer! The workouts are challenging and make you feel sooooo good when you’re done!

This Gym is the best group training I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been to CrossFit and Orange theory but f45 takes the cake. I first tried the east Boca location and the Cove feels more like a family to me. Steven, Jen and Pac keep me motivated and excited to keep going.

I joined in August and already see a difference in my body and my strength. All the trainers are fantastic. Jen is the most compassionate while Pac offers a more in your face work out.

F45 The Cove is amazing! My first class was January 2021 and over the last year I have made awesome progress, lost weight, feel great and motivated by the fantastic team of coaches. Each coach truly loves what they do and their energy radiates in their coaching and passion for helping us be better. Huge shout out to Pac, Jen, Sam, they are OUTSTANDING! Additional shout out to the awesome friends I have made at F45 working out is more fun with you!

Wonderful group of trainers and great workouts. Most of the week, M,W,F, and Sat are cardio heavy while Tu and Th are more resistance based workouts. The members are supportive and vibe is great. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a gym!

I love F45 at the Cove!The coaches are motivating and fun! They pay close at to form and help you gain strength and confidence!They play awesome music! The studio is clean and safe! And the front desk are welcoming and friendly! I highly recommend this gym!

This F45 studio is great! They have amazing trainers, very professional and very friendly. From the moment you walk in they make you feel like you belong, no matter if you are a newbie or an athlete. They play great music too! Love this place!
