Prof Crisitina is wonderful. I've been practicing pilates for 10 years and here in the US for a few months with her. There is a lot of difference. The class is worth checking out. Prof Jessica is also very good. 6 months here is worth 10 years in Brazil.

Best thing I ever did for myself! I feel fabulous!! Christina is the best instructor I have ever had! She is simply wonderful!! Knows how to rehabilitate any injury you have. She is fully certified, & works with many people who have limitations. You will be so happy with your results if you make this part of your life!!

Super equipped, clean and organized studio. They have Pilates accessories from Brazil that you can't find in other studios. Cristina is a very capable, dynamic and super professional. The class atmosphere is very relaxed. We feel like family with our colleagues.

Cristina is an excellent teacher. Taking classes is always a pleasure. You work your entire body, strengthening your muscles and at the same time stretching and gaining flexibility. Classes are never the same exercises. You feel good and in a good mood after class. I highly recommend it.

I was in a lot of pain when first started and the benefits have being amazing...I cancel the surgical procedure and I feeling greatI highly recommend this studio.

I’m doing pilates for about 5 months, it’s amazing , I feel more energy and less body pain.My teacher is nice and she is always around correcting me so that I don't get hurt.Nice place and friendly.
