The Yoga Center of Deerfield Beach is such a special place. The owner and the other instructors are very experienced, warm and welcoming. It is such a pleasure to practice yoga with them and I’m very grateful that a friend introduced me to this terrific yoga center several years ago.

This is absolutely the best yoga studio in south Florida. The teachers are all top notch. They also offer a wide variety of classes including Zin and Yoga Nidra.
