Love Yoga Joint Deerfield Studio!! Clean and modern, friendly and helpful staff, competent teachers. I always enjoy my time there and feel Zen when I leave. I’ve noticed better skin and even stronger immunity from my infared heat sweat sessions!! Love it!

This is my favorite of all the studios. There is almost always room in the classes (rarely are they so full I cannot book a spot). The studio is big and the bathroom is also spacious. I love that they provide towels and mats so I don’t have to worry about that. Five stars!!

I’ve been going to yoga joint for two years, no other yoga studio compares! Not only do they offer a hot yoga flow class several times a day, but they also have a high intensity interval training class (FIIT) done inside the hot yoga room that gives you a great work out in 45 minutes.Also, all of the teachers are very personable and upbeat. I’ve been to a lot of different studios prior to Yoga Joint and nothing compares!!

I absolutely love this studio and all the instructors. Hot Power Flow is my favorite mixed with some FIT45. The energy and the music always fits the class and the message always sets the tone for the day. The schedule offers lots of times to get a class in, morning or evening. This place is my sanity.

I joined recently and live the classes at yoga joint. The instructors are motivating and work with all levels. They offer two types of classes and offer many classes throughout the day. The online app is very user friendly and signing up for classes is super easy. I highly recommend this studio for all levels and anyone looking for a great workout.Lisa Heller

Yoga Joint is just my spot ! When I first started I was like what am I getting myself into. But after a few classes, I was hooked. All the instructors are amazing. They are welcoming which is important when you’re starting something new. The front desk staff is always on point. I love that they have taken the time to always remember who I am and my name, it goes a long way. As for me fiit45 is favorite class. In 45 mins I get my sweat on and feeling amazing after walking out of there. Needless to say yoga joint is my good too no matter what !

Great class and workout. Lots of different times on schedule for Fit classes or yoga. Studio is always clean and welcoming. Love the classes and vibe here I have taken many different instructors here and all are honestly awesome!
