Terrible customer services when it comes to cancel your membership. Even if you cancel 30 days before they still charge you a full month. Don’t even bother to cancel because they are going to charge you everything.

EDIT: Changed from three stars to one. Three months after cancelling these scumbags called me saying I had an outstanding balance and threatening to send me to collections. I had no such balance, and they could do no such thing, they were just hoping to get more out of me.Original: Formerly a member for five years. Recently stopped using my membership and decided to cancel. They tried to continue charging me even after the cancellation. Was impossible to get someone on the phone to rectify. Once I did manage to speak to human beings, they were both rude and uncooperative. The gym is great but best of luck if you don’t want to be a member for the rest of your living days.

I used to come to this gym everyday pre covid. It was great, prices were amazing, babysitting class was super helpful! - now, I understand prices have gone up everywhere - and I truly don't mind paying, but this location doesn't make me want to pay for anything. Let's start with the gross water fountains. Everyday I walk past these, which actually used to be water bottle fill up station as well, they are gross and the same spots have been there for days! - Moving on to the bathrooms, these bathrooms smell gross. The toilets have stains, the floors are gross, and the mirrors are never cleaned! Pre Covid, I use to see a real nice friendly cleaning lady everyday I was there - now, I have been there different times of the day, and don't see one person in there cleaning. Lastly, the machines. People do not clean after they use the machines. The other day I stuck my hand in some kind of sticky stuff on the weight machine, GROSS!!!!! It's sad to see these gyms not care. Everyday, there are more than enough workers hanging out up front chatting, but not cleaning??? With the price we pay these days, why is it so much worse! I wouldn't dare even send my kid to the babysitting class! He is 9 years old and whats the difference if he sits next to me on the floor then sits behind a door with some stranger watching him? It truly makes no sense. The manager here, is super friendly with the females here. Very uncomfortable. Not sure if I will even continue my membership here.

Hunter is a scam artist and a Karen at heart. Every single other employee at this youfit has been nothing but kind and really down to earth. But hunter has been such an unprofessional grudge holder. He signed a few of my family members up and when we were going to use the privileges of the premium membership he would reject them as if any other employee really cares about that. He runs to the manager and wispers in his ear to tell him that we are not the guardians of our younger brother after having offered to sign him up for a membership in the spot previously.... what a scummy hypocrite.

I registered with my 15 year old nephew, I asked if he could accompany me and they told me yes, we worked out for almost 2 months and yesterday they told me he couldn't go anymore because I'm not his father. I wanted to know why then they let him register with me if he couldn't. I was sold something that couldn't be done you are wrong. if you can't let me know before selling something to someone!!

Apparently this location is confused of their own policies and enforces only when they feel like. My daughter took my son to workout (22yo and son 16yo). Please note I transferred my membership to my daugher so they can go together as my schedule didn't allow so. The first couple of times this wasn't an issue.However ,last night they did not allow my son in as a parent or guardian need to be with him at all times. However they did not have any issues with my sons 16 yo friend to be their on his own.Customer service was unprofessional and wouldn't provide management info to get in touch with.Then again Youfit , how are you allowing a 16yo alone there but not with an adult ? And how did you allow this previously twice? You are in the wrong and all needs ro be corrected.

It’s a good gym, good space, enough machines and weights to fit amount of people when I’m in. Justin at front is always ready to lend a hand! Needs better drinks, slow down the fans and all is good!Thanks

I have to say this gym is incredible, it honestly was so easy to get ahold of someone to speak to over the phone. Hands down this gym has such a great array of staff on deck who are very polite, knowledgeable and extremely professional. In addition to that,I have to say that the employee Louie was extremely helpful and had a vast array of knowledge that helped me to navigate through the issues I was having with my membership status, I definitely see Louie going far in this industry especially with the professionalism he displays which is not commonly found just anywhere but overall this YouFit has got a great employee on hands that many businesses would be lucky to have!!!

READ BEFORE SIGNING UP!!!!!Youfit health Clubs was such a let down. The few times I worked out at the Deerfield location were actually very nice.My issue with Youfit began 7 months ago when I moved away from South Florida. I got to experience canceling a membership while moving across country. I didn’t have time to come in before my move date but I really wish I had. Youfit has made my life miserable in my attempt to cancel remotely from a state that does not have youfit. I resorted to paying for service for 6 months until last week when on vacation in south Florida.I walked into a location close to where I was staying and asked to cancel my membership. I was charged $10 to cancel and asked to sign an acknowledgment on the Credit Card pin pad. I did this, I left, and the burden of this membership felt like it had lifted.That is, until today, when I received a call from the Member Experience Supervisor, Shauna (hope I spelled that correctly), who informed me that there was an outstanding balance from the previous month (which I noticed when it posted to my account, it’s possible my bank disputed it since I had been trying to find a way to rid myself of youfit for months). As much as I explained that this “outstanding balance” was not outstanding (atleast when I signed and paid $10 to cancel) and that if it was, it was Youfits duty to let me know that when we terminated the membership. Shauna is now refusing to cancel my membership and it appears as though youfit may try to swindle me out of another month of fees due to their incompetence, lack of care, and general disregard for good business practices. I would like to add that I signed up for this membership online, from my phone, and now that it’s time to cancel, youfit won’t let me out the way they let me in.As a customer I’m very disappointed and I will continue to fight against paying youfit another cent.To any future customers considering a youfit membership, I can only advise that you pick another gym. Any other gym.Wish I could give less than 1 star :(

This gym is fantastic I’ve been coming here for years. They offer a great range of classes and there are plenty of machines for everyone. I highly recommend this gym. Love the staff there !
