Cute little gym. Never crowded. I feel very comfortable going there any time if the day. The owner Roni is so sweet. If you feel uncomfortable in those large gyms, 100% recommend!

Signing up with Roni was the best decision I’ve made for myself for 2022. Beginning my fitness journey was really intimidating and Roni has created such an inviting atmosphere that I feel right at home. Morning workouts with Roni are the best part of my week and seeing the results of my hard work is so rewarding!

I've been to a lot of gyms through the years and Body by Roni is by far my favorite. It's the most low-pressure, easy-to-navigate gym I've been a part of, and I actually look forward to going and working out. Roni, the owner, is knowledgable and friendly and makes everyone feel welcome. She's also an excellent personal trainer, and my back problems haven't flared up at all while I've been working with her.If you're concerned about COVID-19, this is the cleanest gym I've ever been to, and it's never crowded.

So glad I decided to sign up for personal training with Roni. I wanted to start doing resistance training and it's been a great experience. She's incredibly knowledgeable, personable and I'm feeling stronger! I love the well equipped gym too with it's comfortable atmosphere that's never too crowded.

I am so glad I found Body by Roni Fitness & Day Spa.I am a middle-aged woman who needs help getting fit, after living a life where I avoided any exercise. Roni (the owner) has given me instructions and training to make myself stronger. She tailors the training to each individual’s unique needs and circumstances.In my case, besides being grossly unfit, I am also considerably overweight and have back issues. Roni had no trouble tailoring a program that is proving to provide measurable results for me. My back pain is almost nonexistent after 5 weeks of training, and I can now walk up a few flights of stairs fairly easily, which before would have left me gasping for breath.This 24-hour access gym is clean, quiet and has all the equipment one will need to get fit; and ,the personal support of Roni and her husband are a tremendous asset. She also has a far infrared sauna, which I use quite often, and other spa amenities.I am so glad I found Roni and appreciate the training she has and will continue to provide for me.

This is a very cozy and well equipped gym, but what makes it amazing is its owner! My fiance and I needed a personal trainer and Roni has been stellar, we couldn't have asked for a better and more knowledgeable person to take care of us. She's very professional and her warm personality makes every session a joyful experience. We're very happy. Thank you, Roni!Also worth mentioning is that this is a 24 hour open gym. Big bonus!
