all 70+ Silver Sneakers women did this and we had a great time, exercise with fun, so much, easier on the body than regular exercising. We went last week and had to go back this week, and will be returning again. ❤️

I love taking classes. The instructors are wonderful! You feel like you are part of a family even when you don’t know others taking a class. It is such a great workout within a warm, friendly atmosphere. You should take a free class and try it for yourself!
