Mark- what a great guy!! Had a flat tire and was waiting for AAA and as I was sitting in the heat in CrossFit’s parking lot he came out and changed my tire, wouldn’t accept payment- super nice genuine person

Legit the best gym in DeLand - clean, bright and well equipped. Members are friendly and welcoming, the programming is amazing, and the coaches flat out dripping excellence as they go.I can't recommend CrossFit DeLand enough and wish I could give more stars!

I’ve only dropped into Crossfit DeLand a handful of times. The gym is always clean, coaches are friendly and knowledgeable, and it’s a great workout.
