If you ever need to cancel, they will make it impossible for you to do so AND they don't try to accommodate for people who work during the hours the operations manager is there. So if you work 8-5 mon thru Friday, you're out of luck.Guess that's how they get their money to stay afloat. I'd stay away from this place.

This place promised me I would be able to get a key tag when signing up. Now after spending hundreds of dollars they say we can’t get you one. And the operations manager hides behind the contract instead of offering actual solutions. All I want is to not have to bring my cell phone to the gym. I would not have signed up if I had known this. Whats more is that he offered to simply close my account AND charge me 25$ for it. So after I already paid the initiation fee and 2 months worth of billing, there is ‘nothing he can do’. Be a company who stands by what they say they will do.

Been going here for about 6 months. I have been impressed with staff, cleanliness. My 88 year old dad has been coming here off and on for several years. Now I bring him a few times a week. There was a situation where he had lost something. The front desk went out of their way to help him. While we were standing there, a customer came to the counter to turn in to lost and found just what we had been searching for. Never had a bad experience here!

Weston is the GOAT! Been coming here for over 3 years, great gym with a lot of friendly people and staff. Tons of equipment and flexible hours! Best gym in the area!

So they make up rules as they go. Kids club won’t apple you to bring food for your infant kids because they don’t have the staff or the ability to clean or vacuum or wipe down kids club. So no food for you infants or kids if they go to kids club. A kids club that usually has one worker on the busiest days which is continuously outside of state mandated ratio for childcare. Also they say that you can work out with your kids when I see underage kids with their parent or unsupervised around the gym all the time. Felt a little discriminated against when I’ve been a member for a long time. There is no posting was no email sent out about no food in kids club or age limit to work out with your kids especially under adult supervision. I would love to have a conversation with corporate or regional managers. This seems a little off. For a membership that isn’t that cheap to begin with in a facility that hasn’t had a full court of basketball in months leaking roofs constant broken equipment. A conversation about communication and blanket policy or rules.

This gym rocks. There’s a lot of new faces on the staff and they always greet me with energy and enthusiasm. The manager Will is always helpful and looking to give great advice on training and never minds giving me a spot on my heavy lift days. Best gym in the area hands down.

Equipment is down for months. Most unsanitary gym I’ve ever been in. They allegedly don’t get their shipment for wipes ALL the time. I have to pay for my own Clorox wipes to bring. The smell is beyond funky at this point and they clearly don’t clean the carpets. If you look at the tops of machines people draw the date with their finger in the dust and which shows how long it’s been since they’ve been deep cleaned. Look above outlets, carpet trim, counter trim, you’ll see a thick layer of dust and gunk. People pay money to use this gym and everything inside and it should be working and sanitary. The other esporta’s in Sanford & Lake Mary are no where near this bad. I’m tired of it.

Nice gym, but so busy at peak times. The staff is nice. It is mostly clean. I wish there were more wipe down supplies. I also wish there weren't so many people just lingering around. Machines are nice, and they have a lot of different ones. it's convenient. I like the racquet ball courts.

Part of what makes a gym a great place is the people that go there. It's motivational to look around and see people working hard on their health and bettering their bodies. This gym has everything you really need and the atmosphere is great. The reason for the 4 stars is a few times when the kids club was closed there was no notification prior to driving in from Deltona. Feedback to the club is to notify those via text or the app if the kids club will not be available as soon as you are aware. Overall happy with the gym and would recommend it to others.
