I’ve been apart of this gym since the day they opened under LA Fitness. This gym is going down hill machines are disgusting along with falling apart. Floors are gross like no one cleans them. Overall place is falling apart you can tell no money is being put back into the gym for the up keep.

Wonderful location been there since it's been opened, had an issue recently with the manager cleaning lady very rude and very disrespectful with her staff and customers in general. I also work in customer service and that was very unprofessional of her. I would of rated five starts but due to this incident I had to change my review.

Only real gripe is that machine selection is limited, and they clean in the morning.... literally mop the basket all court at opening, so members that want to get in and get a game going before work are out of luck. It's such a simple fix- clean before you close

So I'm at the gym. It will remain nameless. ( rhymes with Eggs- port-ah ). Trying to do front and back shrugs on the Smith machine. Mind you I'm a hefty guy just tryin to keep up! Some lady gets off the machine, walks away for 10 minutes.She leaves her phone n bag. I start using the machine when she is gone. She comes back after 10 minutes and gets mad at me. Told her " you don't know the rules of a gym. We are here to work out and not socialize. We all pay the same membership." I implore all you to stop or don't start going to said gym!!!!!!!!!! You will never get a good workout !!!!!!!!

The music here is loud, obnoxious, and will make you bleed from every orifice when overexposed. Hearing plugs required. But besides that typical gym conveniences, plus a sauna.

The management has NO control in this gym. All I want is a good quick workout. But you have patrons get on these machines & just sit there and txt. While standing 🧍‍♂️ around waiting until they finish txtn every one separately on their social networks. 🙄 This is gone way to far. If you feel the way I do. Just withdraw your membership find one that management has control over it because this ain't it! 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

Location sucks, always busy with people on their phone occupying machines. Severe breeding ground for creeps. Most machines are filthy and nobody ever cleans after themselves. Management is very good though.

Love this location and the staff! Only down side is they do the cleaning in the morning which should be done in the evening so the facility and all amenities are open for use upon opening in the morning. Also, the smell in the facility is not pleasant at all, like a dirty mop or bad plumbing. Does not smell clean or sanitized. Yes, it’s a fitness center but the bad smell is definitely not from it being a fitness center.

I have been a member here since 2019. The gym has always been well maintained, and classes/instructors are excellent. Stephanie at the front desk is always there to greet me and my family with a welcoming smile.

The facility was new upon my visit and everything was to my liking with the exception of their sales staff. I felt that they tried too hard to extend their membership base by interrupting my workout to ask if I knew of anyone who would be interested in joining. However, I feel things will improve with experience.
