Daytona Beach Golds exceeds my gym expectations, from the staff, to the environment. Countless times the staff has tended to my needs. I’ve always felt nothing but welcomed. The classes, organisation of the equipment, cleanliness of the over all gym, and attentiveness from the staff creates the perfect gym environment.

First time going to a golds gym using a 3 day pass was a great experience I spoke with the general manager Chris who was very respectful. This gym is very clean and organized. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it’s a lot smaller than it seems from the outside which makes it seem like you’re on top of the person working out next to you. I would love to sign up for golds but I think the price for the lowest membership is pretty steep compared to getting similar things at nearby gyms. If you use the classes then this is a fair price but it’s not for everyone. If prices came down to around $15-20 for a basic membership for just the gym I would sign up instantly.

Golds Gym is a nice place to workout they always keep the place clean the staff is nice the New GM Chris is nice he listened to the need of the customer. I see him walk around an greet the customers it is such an amazing vibe in here.

I’ve been working out for several years and this is by far the best gym I’ve been to. No matter how busy it is you'll always find available equipment. The gym is very clean and the staff is always very welcoming.

I would definitely consider myself a gym rat, and I have been to a handful of gyms in the Daytona Beach area. Golds gym, by far, has the best equipment and staff.If there are equipment failures, Golds is quick to repair them. The gym is also significantly cleaner than it's competitors.Lastly, the gym etiquette is much better at Golds than it is at other gyms in the area, which is a huge plus.

My favorite gym! I was new to town and wanted to find a place where I felt comfortable to workout and this is the place! The staff is so welcoming and friendly and the equipment is always clean. Highly recommend Golds!

It is a great gym. The machines are kept clean. The workers are mostly nice. The atmosphere breeds friendliness and camaraderie. Thank you to the manager for making such a wonderful place I can closely call a second home.

Great gym! Great environment! Quite literally one of my favorite parts of the day is Golds time. It’s well kept and has plenty of equipment. Everyone is very nice and the staff is incredible.

All around 5 star experience. Staff is very friendly and welcoming every day when I come in. The building itself is kept clean and in nice order, and the equipment is top tier. The gym is consistently updating its equipment, whether it’s replacing broken handles or adding new benches and squat racks. The addition of three new racks with platforms and bumper plates is a big reason I kept coming. And the cardio room is elite as well
