Taylor really knows what he is doing. When I started my fitness journey, he was able to answer all of my questions and then some. I've learned a lot about fitness and nutrition along the way. He will hold you accountable for your own goals! If you are tired of making excuses, go ahead and get with Taz Fitness!! You won't regret it!

I found my time with Taz Fitness and Coach Taylor to be very educational and helpful. I feel more confident in my ability to maintain my health and have a better understanding of what processes need to take place in order achieve my fitness goals. The program and coaching pushes you to take responsibility of your own progress, but allows for a healthy amount of leniency to keep you from feeling overwhelmed. With that being said, I think it’s most beneficial for people who are self-driven and can function independently when need be. Please give them a try if this sounds like you!

Taz Fitness sets the bar high for nutritional coaching and fitness. Coach Taz/Taylor hold you accountable and really cares about you and your goals. I live in another state and he still managed to help me with my numbers and goals. Not only does he personalize your calorie intake he also has a supportive group on facebook with other clients. Taylor's style is warm and personable. He challenges you to achieve your fitness goals with a balanced approach, both pushing you to succeed, yet patient with the process. He listens well to your needs and is both educational and supportive. Before Taz I had a gym membership that was just wasted money because I couldn't get motivated to go to the gym specially after a long day at work. On the days when I rarely made it my workout routine wasn't feeling terribly effective. "When I exercised on my own, I expected too much too soon and got too overwhelmed with everyday life, that I started to get really frustrated because I wasn't seeing results. Taylor comes right to your house, I can't say no if the guys is willing to come all the way to my house the least I could do is do the workout. Many times I wishes 2 he wasn't coming over but everytime he left I was so happy he came! Taylor is a great personal trainer in large part because he's an excellent teacher. His personal training sessions have taught me how to create a varied and effective workout. He is very proactive too! He provides good information about healthy diets that is useful in everyday situations. Taylor's just a cool guy, easy to talk to....someone who makes you feel very comfortable and I am very happy to consider him a good friend now.
