Full boxing ring, plenty of cardio and weightlifting equipment along with the expected boxing setup (bags, ropes, pads, etc.) plus a mat for jiujitsu and showers. Coach Gabriel cares a lot about his gym and the people in it. Give it a try

Great location right off I-4 for easy access. The trainers are very patient and the owners are very personable and easy to talk to.

This school is absolutely fantastic very qualified teacher its a newer school so you get more one on one training the owner is very clean everything gets wiped down with disinfectant after use great for people of all ages highly suggest coming here
