Beyond annoying personal trainer who constantly has clients getting in the way of everyday clients of the gym who workout daily and it's beyond annoying having this dude getting in the way with his clients who literally come once or twice and are never to ve seen again! During high traffic times this guy needs to not be getting in the way of people actually trying to better themselves!!!

I have been going to this gym, religiously, for years. The staff is always outgoing and helpful, the owner is a great person and runs a fantastic facility and staff. Jeff and Ryan are actively involved in the keeping the place clean and inviting, as well as constantly up-keeping the equipment and providing answers to everyone's questions. I will always recommend this gym to people searching for a place to workout.

If you’re looking to join a new gym, I’d stay well clear of this one. Sanitation has always been sketchy and it’s not uncommon to see a big roach in the locker/shower area. Also trying to cancel your membership is like an act of congress. They purposely drag it out so you have to pay one more month.

Friendly staff, clean gym. Pretty good selection of equipment.. Small but never too busy, respectful members. I do wish they had an area for deadlifts and an actual squat rack.

Leg extension machine wasn't available and I was told I'd have to drive to Lake Mary to use it. Unfortunately that's far out of my way.

Great place! Open 24/7 which is the best thing for me personally since I like to come around midnight and most gyms are closed then, got most of everything you'd need if you know what to look for and if you're tryna find an equivalent exercise, the staff are friendly and willing to help! Helped me figure out what half of the more specific machines worked on ngl 😅 highly suggested!!
