Triple charged my debit card! In two months they have charged me over $175! I called to straighten it out over the last two weeks talk to two employees who both said that they saw that I was charged inappropriately three times. They told me to wait for four days for a manager to contact me, who never did. When I finally got a hold of a manager after waiting for five days and making five phone calls, he said that I was not in fact charge that much however, my bank statement says otherwise they are refusing to return my money. They are refusing to remove my debit card and now i have to cancel my credit card. in my book that makes them thieves and liars and bad people.

It's an okay gym. There isn't anything extra than what would be expected. The hours were better up until about a month ago. The shortened hours make it more crowded, and there's usually a line for certain equipment.

Gym was taken over by new owners and the hours changed. I can't be there during their open hours and now I can't even cancel my membership without taking the day off to make it during these new hours to do so...the new hours are dumb. The new hours are lame. I would think those dedicated to early morning workouts would be you most faithful members, and would be the ones you would want to keep them. From a business standpoint I can see how limiting the hours may save $$, but it’s really disappointing a lot of the regular early AM members. It’s because of this that I will be cancelling my membership and will join another GYM that can accommodate those of us who work out before work.

I would give no stars if I could. The Assistant General Manger Kurt was extremely rude and condescending to me today when I went to check in. I don’t know if he has an issue with women or POC but I’ve been to this location recently numerous times with no issues. He hassled me saying my bill past due and when I showed him in the app that it was good he continued to hassle me. I told him I was going to go to another location where I usually workout since he seemed so confrontational.When I left an older man saw me coming out upset and asked me what was going on. I told him and he said everyone was new there. I called Kurt on my way to the other location to ask for a manager or owners number to speak with about the situation. He refused to give me both stating that there was no one else but him and hung up on me.Then he called the other location!!! And told them to refuse me. A location I’ve been going to daily recently. Wow I’ve never had someone be so malicious. Strangely enough I found the owners info for his club (so he lied) and the other club helped me figure out what was the issue. I told them exactly what I told him. I showed them the app and they got me all sorted no issues and a thank you to them for their help.Honestly if you’re gonna hire a thug to be a bill collector for you put him on the phones not up front dealing with customers.

I want to bring it to your kind attention there is a white skinny guy tall and with blue eyes is he is your staff member somehow sometimes doing exercise in the evening time also he is coming in the weekends he is differently criticizes people in the gym also he is chiling and making jokes and funs with other gymrs and staff in workout area which we are feeling unsafe and uncomfortable please check and look at your gym cameras observe this guy closely. This is free judgment zone, you have to hair mature people not kids. I am just informing you to be closely monitor your staff members to avoid conflicts in the future.Thanks.

Unresponsive management. Repeated issues with them not billing correctly. They lost my deposit account information, not once but twice for my son's account, terrible communication, and lack of accountabilityNever notified they were reopening after covid, just received surprise billing and annual fee for all 3 accounts.They make it difficult to end membership.Don't recommend it.

Had a membership for a few months and started seeing random 75$/$45 charges from planet fitness. Multiple charges. Days apart. What is going on here? I had to track the manager down by stopping in every day for a week to get my money back. I cancelled immediately, in person. It's a shame because this supposed '$10 a month' is a great price, but now it just looks to me like they're preying on people who need a low price like that. Gross, I can't go back.

Love this place! The new manager TJ is great so glad to see the changes he is making. The staff are much more friendly since TJ took over.The gym is always clean and I never feel out of place there. Keep it up Team Planet Fitness
