I took my first flying pole class with Laura during the pandemic. Since that time I have gained strength and confidence. Flying pole classes have offered the opportunity to learn a fun, unique beautiful apparatus but also to meet amazing people in a nonjudgmental, safe and welcoming atmosphere. This has positively impacted my life. I highly recommend all the coaches especially if you’re interested in trying flying pole or any other apparatus, aerial coach Laura Nardelli is super knowledgeable, caring and gifted artist.

Love this place. The instructors are so amazing! Signed up for one 8 week series and haven't stopped going since! Best decision I ever made. Its fun, challenging and always a great learning and growing experience.
