They charge you for membership that you can't even use when the complete shut down happened I got charged 2 or 3 times and I couldn't even use the gym I called a few times and when I finally got ahold of someone I told them they needed to refund the money and cancel my membership (that I never signed up for to begin with) and now they are putting me to collection agency's

I would not recommend this gym. Based on my experience, the staff here was extremely rude. There are gyms that will provide you a better atmosphere and value for your hard earned money, so my friends and I have left this gym for a gym that's more customer oriented.

Would NOT recommend to other healthcare workers!Manager / Staff avoid phone calls, ignore messages and often state they will contact you but do not, issues also arrive for in person visits regarding cancellation of services, pricing about memberships and reimbursements. I have been charged for months for services i have not used once.

The owner did not let me cancel my services even though we are still in the middle of a pandemic. Business as usual I guess. I don't even live in the area anymore, but I keep getting charged.
