I was really excited to check this place out as it was right around the corner from my house. I had done hot yoga before, and loved it. So I was pretty excited about going here. I signed up for a class that was half yoga half HIIT. The hot yoga was a packed room, and definitely got hot. After I did yoga next was the HIIT portion and was really struggling. I was really hot and sweaty from hot yoga and was dragging because I had never done a HIIT class. I had to take breaks to catch myself and the coach kept yelling for me to come on. I really felt as though I might pass out as there was no A/C on the in place. (visited summer 19) Long story short, I decided to leave during the middle of the class. The coach scolded me in front of the entire class. Telling me that I can’t leave during his class. Needless to say, I never returned. No desire to be part of a place that doesn’t care about someone’s health.Update: Had a pleasant conversation on the phone with Marissa, and she addressed all my concerns. I appreciate her taking the time to follow up about my experience, and felt heard by her. Adding a star for her customer service.

Arrichion has been such a rock for me during this really crazy year of 2020, I'm sure I would have figured out something in terms of activity during the pandemic but having yoga as my core and it being taught in such a consistent class series def allowed me to focus and see real progress in my form rather than just showing up and thinking I might have gotten better. All the teachers at Arrichion know their stuff and it shows, all classes always provide the best base level which is a great 45 minute yoga workout and with so many of the cues and poses being standardized like they are, it really allows you to focus on those forms which up the game of your overall practice. If you are excited to do a pose and biff the F out of it, you can always do the same class the next day or sometime that week and try again in the same general conditions so it is just you and your form that can be measured. Thanks to you all for providing me with such a great tool for healthy lifestyle success when so many others are gaining weight and feeling depressed due to inactivity during this pandemic. I have and will continue to recommend Arrichion Hot Yoga to all who will listen!Peace, Jeep Ward (Durham Location)

This is a place of wellness for me. And it doesn't take long before you feel like part of the Arrichion family. The space, equipment and amenities are top notch. The instructors care about your wellbeing and preventing injury. Sparta is is fast and fun. Yoga makes me feel balanced and relaxed. I was nervous starting this kind of fitness, but this place is for everyone. Give it a try, you won't regret it!

The atmosphere is great, the work outs are challenging and fun, and the owners and staff are very dedicated and knowledgeable. The combination of hot yoga and circuit training offers it all - cardio, strength training, flexibility/stability, etc. I love this place!

Fantastic workout - I loved the fact that it's a lot more relatable than other yoga facilities I've gone to. The mixture of hot yoga and interval training is pure magic. It's incredibly challenging but self-paced as well, so you get out what you put in.
