While the staff is friendly and helpful, the list of negatives is long. Machines missing batteries. Bathrooms are in constant disarray. Locker combination locks not holding the combination that’s set. Rowers need some major TC&L, if not replaces all together. Management and staff can only do so much. More needs to be allocated to this location.

I’ve been working with the trainers at O2 Fitness for about a year. I’m on my third trainer now (my first two, Tylor and Shawn, were great. They left for better opportunities elsewhere). Overall, my goal is mostly to be held accountable for my physical fitness and healthy eating.I’ve been working with Ethan Y for a few months now and he’s fantastic. He’s very passionate about helping his clients reach their goals, and I appreciate his friendly, laid-back, and motivating attitude during our workouts. He has also been extremely helpful with suggestions about modifying my diet to include healthier options, and ways that I can fight cravings (I have a terrible sweet tooth). As for the gym, I don’t use the machines or weights on my own. I prefer the classes (I like to attend Zumba with Jose and the Hip hop class with Leangela). If they ever get rid of Jose I would probably cancel my membership tbh. I live for his Zumba classes.

Been there for 2 months. Love the workout areas but the 2 stars is due to their lack of care/response for cleaning locker rooms and showers. I’ve spoken to numerous employees and district manager but literally nothing has changed. It’s incredibly poor of a company to not communicate with their customers when they have been approached numerous times. The attached photos are a small example of spots that haven’t been cleaned once in 2 months. It’s unacceptable. Literally showers are stained day in and out and have no evidence of being cleaned. Carpet floors always have debris.Do better O2 especially at a “Signature” location.

Great facility. All the managers and staff are extremely helpful. Also my personal training experience has been wonderful. I highly recommend Ethan. He is knowledgeable, energetic, creative, and caring.

Decent selection of equipment, but that's about as far as it goes. Locker rooms & bathrooms are consistently a disaster. Despite the equipment options, much of it is broken regularly. Many of the gym goers represent the worst stereotypes with weights rarely re-racked, or refusing to wipe down stations. Beware if you are hoping to get your workout in first thing in the morning as they only have one person to open at 5am and they regularly don't show up on time. For the price they charge, the experience ought to be that of a premium gym, but it's far from it.

O2 Fitness is an absolute gem among fitness centers. The moment I joined, I was blown away. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always available to offer guidance and support. The range of fitness programs and classes is remarkable, offering plenty of options for all levels. If you're seeking a gym that will inspire and assist you in your fitness goals, this gym is the perfect choice.

Ethan is the best personal trainer EVER!!! I just moved to O2 from another gym where all of my friends go. I was hesitant about switching even though I knew there was nothing more for me at my old gym. But 1 day with Ethan & all of those worries were gone. He pushes me to always do my best (even though I complain🙃) & believes in me when I don’t. There aren’t enough words to explain how excited I am about working with Ethan & hitting my goals!💪I haven’t worked with other trainers at O2 but they are all extremely kind & friendly. In addition, the fitness classes are amazing!! HIGHLY recommend!

O2 fitness is the best gym I’ve ever joined. The atmosphere is everything you can ask for in a gym from setup and equipment all the way to the staff. Everyone in here is super friendly and it’s always good vibes from the moment you walk in. Definitely a 10/10

Despite being an expensive gym, locker rooms are perpetually dirty and smelly, filtered water dispenser has been broken for months, and TVs are either broken or the staff is unwilling to change the channel. You can do much better for the price.

If you train in the mornings, you're likely to be greeted by Aneka. She is highly professional, helpful, caring (of others and the gym conditions), honest, responsible, and she has a calm demeanor (you can feel her positive energy). She gave me a tour of the gym and assisted me in obtaining a membership for both my daughter and I. Pricing is reasonable for two ($98) per month (1 year contract) as the gym has tons to offer, virtually and on-site! I’m also given access to several other (7 total) local gyms. The interior? Remarkable! The facility has ample space, is spotless, well-equipped, furnished (comfortable couches in the restrooms and main lobby), and the walls are neatly designed with complementary colors and motivating quotes. The gym offers an abundance of modern exercise machines for both cardio and resistance training, aerobics rooms, turf areas (inside and out), a variety of weigh-sets and kettlebells, monkey bars, rogue foam ploy boxes, yoga mats, foam rollers, resistance bands (all sizes), designated stretching area, weighted/medicine balls, 4-digit combination (convenient) lockers integrated with USB ports- which are located inside and out of the large-sized (luxurious) restrooms, a sauna, a steam room, free-wifi, hydromassage chairs, weekly studio classes, personal training and also child care! They provide their members with shampoo and conditioner (and towels during a regular season). There are also tv screens throughout the gym- truly entertaining! MTV’s ridiculousness!I haven’t had much trouble exploiting equipment due to availability. It doesn’t generally become crowded in the early mornings (5-9 am). I’ve also attended the gym during the weekends during opening hours, and again, no trouble employing equipment. This gym is highly diversified. You’ll meet friendly individuals of various backgrounds/nationalities, ages and experience (no judgement).Everyone must have a mask on the moment they enter the gym. Furthermore, after barcoding in, members are required to take with them a spray bottle (sanitizer) and wipe down used equipment. The staff is truly dedicated to ensuring all members in the facility follow the set-rules; they regularly do face-mask checks (as in, they walk around the gym every few minutes ensuing members’ faces are properly covered).I did have a bad experience with Muhammad Mustafa (who goes by Moe, I was told). He’s a trainer. I would describe him as inconsiderate, impatient, self-centered and unappreciative. There was an incident in which I was training my 13 year old daughter. I initially began having Naty perform Bulgarian split squats on a bench press due to a lack of availability of a more appropriate bench. However, Moe (followed by his client) rudely interrupted us both towards the end of her session. “Can I get you to move? You can use a foam box for this purpose.” I replied, “She’s almost done. She has one last set. [Can you wait a sec.]?” However, Moe insisted on getting us to move that instant. “Oh, sure!” (Sarcastically, then directed his attention to Naty) “That’s right! Go low! Keep an up-right posture during each rep! There you go…” He took the role of trainer, interfering with our bonding activity. He made us both feel uncomfortable and made her feel pressured to complete her remaining set! I was surprise at this man’s lack of consideration and was simultaneously disgusted. His client later apologized on Moe’s behalf. “I’m so sorry he interrupted your session. I didn’t know he was going to do that…” From that moment forward until I left the gym, Moe stuck out like a sore thumb amongst the other trainers. I noticed how he carelessly tossed around weights and barbells so that they landed in front of his clients. Is it that he lacks the tranquility that enables a person to transfer items with more etiquette? I don’t recommend this trainer. I’ve had brief interactions with Margaret (she motivates Robin every morning), Malik (who took the time to find me a suitable resistance band) and Cayla (who kindly retrieved for me a weigh ball). I recommend them! :-)
