Great coaching. Rude and unprofessional management/front desk to the point to rate 1 star.

Giving OTF Brier Creek 2 stars rather than 1 because the coaches are great. If you have another Orange Theory studio option, I would definitely recommend going elsewhere. I'm honestly surprised to see people saying the front desk staff are nice because I have had multiple experiences where people are dismissive/rude. One particular person I had an extremely bizarre and unprofessional conversation with, where she told me essentially that I couldn't expect my Orange Theory Band to work while I'm on the rower or lifting weights. And refused to escalate my concerns to anyone else when she was unable to help further. Then told me I was yelling at her, or it "felt like" i was yelling at her??? The whole thing was extremely weird, aside from the fact that she was dismissive and unhelpful. It's been weeks since I reached out to management about this and never heard anything back. If this wasn't the only remotely convenient fitness studio in the Brier Creek area, I would cancel my membership.

I highly recommend Orangetheory Brier Creek. Before joining a little over a year ago, I was an outdoor distance runner looking for a way to improve my strength. I was the girl who swore she’d never resort to running on a treadmill (aka “dread mill”). But I also wasn’t doing the necessary things during my outdoor runs to see any improvement whatsoever. Not to mention all of the overuse injuries I endured over the years. Now I appreciate and enjoy the treadmill part of each class because the blocks are designed to help improve strength, power and endurance. I really needed help with the first two. And I can monitor my running form better on the treadmill, too with the mirrors.I was also afraid of lifting weights. I’ve never been an athletic person per se (dance was my thing in my younger days and I didn’t make time for anything else), but it wasn’t as scary as I thought it would be. Everyone is welcome to come into the studio at WHATEVER level they are at! Literally, come as you are. It’s ok to not have it perfect from day 1. I was blown away by the encouragement, enthusiasm and complete support of the coaches and staff at this location. They are truly amazing coaches, very good at what they do, and have always been a positive voice in the studio, pushing us (within reason) to step outside our comfort zone. This is how we grow. But let me repeat that they are positive and aren’t the scary coaches who shame people into doing hard things (that was my college gym class experience!)And I always find that they are right- I really can do more than I think I can!!Very pleased with my decision to join when I did and can’t wait to see how much stronger I will become.

The hour I spend at Orangetheory Fitness Brier Creek is my favorite hour of my day. Ally, Dan, Jordan, Janelle, and Ryan are always friendly and happy and are quick to help me if I ever need anything. I enjoy chatting with them before class and learning more about them. The studio is exceptionally clean and tidy, which I also appreciate. Coach Tom is a phenomenal coach. He is super smart, and I love the way he explains the template and exercises in various ways to help each member understand depending on their learning style. He also takes the time to notice, praise, and correct members during the floor block and to encourage us with motivational phrases during the toughest portions of the workout. His playlists offer a wide variety of genres which keeps my brain active during the class, as I never know which type of song will be next. It is obvious that he genuinely cares about the members and helping them to improve and enjoy the time they spend in class. Coach Alex is a strong head coach, and it’s obvious how much she loves her job which I think is contagious and makes the studio feel more upbeat and happy.

I’ve been a member of OTF in Brier Creek for a while now and going to workout here is the one hour I always look forward to in my day! The music and the workouts are impeccable and ALL the instructors are so talented and nice! It does as much for my mental health as it does my physical fitness! Worth it!!!

This Orangetheory location has been great across all levels. The front desk staff and the coaches are all friendly and welcoming. Coach Tom is always kind, helpful, gives both encouraging and constructive feedback, and he pushes everyone to their best potential. Coach Alex is fun, high energy, and she coaches/communicates in a way that’s clear and easy to understand for both beginners and more experienced members. The coaching is consistent so no matter whose class you’re taking, it’s going to be a positive experience. You can tell they’re both passionate about what they do and it shows. The studio is always clean and well taken care of. I would highly recommend Orangetheory, particularly the Brier Creek location, to anyone!

The instructors are fantastic and the class schedule offers so many options. It’s great to be able to go to locations all across the country even when traveling and have that included with the membership cost. I love the ability to track progress using the heart rate monitor and see data in real-time while I’m working out. I can compare to the historical data and it’s been so motivating to really measure my improvement. But, I have to say, the people at Brier Creek are what makes this location so special. The desk staff are really friendly and they actually remember all of the members’ names and make it a point to get to know everyone. The coaches care about making sure you’re making progress toward your goals, pushing you to do your best, but making sure you don’t get hurt or have bad form. So happy that I live so close!

Alex is the bomb! Her music always keeps me going and she's very attentive to everyone in the class. If I have to choose a class, I'm looking for her on the schedule.Tom is always full of energy! Also, Jordan isn't a part of my workout, but it's always nice to see him when I come into class :). He's always super nice and very welcoming.
