Today was my first workout in many moons, and Grey (my trainer) was amazing. He pushed me to do things that I thought I couldn’t do anymore. And, even though I’m exhausted and can barely move. I look forward to doing it all over again on Wednesday!

Training with greg at studio 9 is the best. He will show you the right way of lifting weights. I really recommend Greg. He can work with your schedule and time. Not all personal trainers can do that.

All Grimey, No Glory” fits this establishment more than anything. The “Head trainer” stiffed me twice monetarily, in a matter of a few days. He also doesn’t fulfill verbal commitments. If you decide to engage in what he considers “business”, make sure EVERYTHING is in writing. No matter how small. There was little regard held for my time, promotion, resources, and my overall kindness. I attempted to hold an event there embracing all fitness levels. The “Head Trainer” flipped the script on me in an impulsive manner, 10 minutes into the hour long event. It frankly made my guests and clients uneasy and uncomfortable. The atmosphere was supposed to be welcoming and empowering. Unfortunately, a few of my guests were pushed physically more than the expectation that was set. The programs are chaotic, and there’s not much structure. Mutual respect isn’t given in the name of “business”. Beware community. There’s major morals lacking in the owner. This is hardly a place to grow mentally, so it can’t be good for the physical either.
