Fabulous gym! 62 yo fit runner, started HIIT 2 x week. It’s been 2 months now and I have had a dramatic improvement in balance and overall strength. Spotless inside and a great staff to guide you through the training movements. Highly recommend.

Birgit is such an effective doctor of physical therapy! She figures out the root of my problem and helps "untangle" me! And, she provides instruction on stretches and strengthening exercises to help the healing process. I highly recommend Birgit for physical therapy work!!

Dr Birgit Reher is amazing! She helped with my plantar fasciitis (it's gone!) and has helped tremendously teaching me how to strengthen my knees. She's patient and extremely knowledgeable. I'm back at the gym and working out again! The staff at Synergy Fitness for Her is also terrific! Very helpful!
